We offer digital printable coloring books designed for children and adults. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.

Digital Products

All products sold through Dexters Creatives are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital files have been delivered.

We do not ordinarily offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with a product's style or content.

Download Problems or Defective Files

We want every customer to receive the digital products they purchased.

If you experience a problem downloading, opening, or printing your files, please contact us at admin@synergence.net.

If a purchased file is defective, incomplete, inaccessible, or different from the product described, we will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement file or refund.

Refund Requests

Please contact us within 14 days of discovering a problem with your purchase.

Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
